June Super Saturday

It would be so lovely to see you this Saturday at Coleshil community centre for June Super Saturday.

Let’s embrace the lighter feeling as we move into the Summer months. Prana flow Yoga with creative movement, energy boosting pranayama and of course an opportunty for a restoring relaxation.

I can also live-stream and record this session although it’s always beautiful to see you inperson!
