Joyful July

As we flow into the summer months Joyful July is all about enjoyment and living joyfully in this moment.

I have some new pop-up Saturdays at Vc Holistic hideaway in Water Orton for Ayurvedic massage treatments. Also every Wednesday I am at the beautiful High Vibe cabin near Tamworth.

Yoga and Qigong classes in Castle Bromwich, Water Orton and Shustoke continue with a few minor changes during July.

We have our annual charity summer school starting on Wednesday 24th July.

No Super Saturday this month back from August 3rd.
