We have a range of class styles to suit all ages and abilities - in-person, live-streamed (so that you can practice from the comfort of your own space) and also in our online library.

Classes are inclusive and friendly and our venues are welcoming and safe. our online community is friendly and accessible too.

Move & Breathe with ease/Slow Flow to Stillness

A gentler session concentrating on slower Hatha Yoga movement, QiGong forms, breath work and always a gorgeous relaxation. Plenty of time for options and variations. Props encouraged. Trauma sensitive, accessible and inclusive practices for all ages and abilities.

Prana Flow-Inspired

Prana Flow is a beautiful & creative Yoga session based around the natural elements that are within us and around us – Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. Shiva Rea has developed these beautiful namaskars (sequences which honour the qualities of each element) over her many years of teaching globally. Sessions include themes, flowing Yoga movement, pranayama, meditation and blissful relaxation. Moving meditation to inspire and uplift. Making your Yoga practice a living lifestyle, tuning into the natural world within us and around us. Embodying the practices for your Self with options and variations encouraged.

Please be aware that this class will flow and some things may be positively challenging. If you are new to Yoga please get in touch before booking.

Mindful Flow

Creative movement - flow with the breath, full awareness, meditation, relaxation, something for everyone. Inclusive practices with variations where needed or the opportunity to explore more. Your practice, your own beautiful way.

Qigong (chee gung) is a Chinese system of wellbeing which includes mindful movement (think tai chi), meridian system work (healthy organs and energy flow), meditation, intention & awareness practices (which can support mental health). We will work with a different element each season to tune into the natural world. This class will also include a beautiful relaxation after the practices. Sessions are trauma sensitive, accessible and inclusive and can be worked from a chair as well as standing.

Adapted Yoga and QiGong-infused practices for all abilities. Trauma sensitive, inclusive and accessible we practice from a chair, using the chair for support and as a prop. Can be practiced from a wheelchair too.

A trauma sensitive Yoga session may include tailored Yoga movement, breath work, meditation and relaxation techniques presented in a clear, safe and trauma-sensitive way within a Yogic framework. Sessions are created to encourage a feeling of safety in the body and may include techniques to ground, stabilise and self regulation. I teach weekly seated Yoga sessions in senior living villages around Birmingham as part of their dementia and mental health wellbeing team.

Group sessions can be organised via Zoom or in-person. If you are a charity or service in or around Birmingham/North Warwickshire/Solihull/Sutton Coldfield and would like to discuss these sessions please do get in touch via my contact page.

Special Yoga & Mindfulness for Autism & ADHD

Adapted therapeutic Yoga for Autism & ADHD – all ages. 1:1 home sessions, group sessions for SEN schools and colleges, support groups and carers.

Community initiatives/Charity Yoga & Meditation

Bringing the benefits of Yoga and Meditation to the group or charity in an accessible and inclusive way – I have many years of experience working with women’s centres, community initiatives, young people and adults with additional needs, senior students. A group of Yoga and meditation teachers also come together each Summer to organise a charity Yoga Summer school - if you are a charity funded by donations please do get in touch as we are always looking for new recipients of the money that is raised.

Soulful Wellness/Restorative Yoga/Meditation/Relaxation sessions

Ideal for small groups, charities, 1:1 – Meditation, guided relaxation, restorative Yoga and wellness sessions.

Mentoring for teachers

Do you feel that as a teacher/facilitator you are missing out on your own practice? Are you doubting yourself or struggling with creativity? Sometimes it can be a lonely work life balancing your passion, your home life, being respectful of the teachings and making a living. I will get you thinking, will give you time to practice and explore why and what you are teaching and how to continue (or not) doing what you love.

Ayurvedic massage

I offer Ayurvedic massage treatments every Wednesday daytime. Please get in touch for more details.

1:1 sessions and massage treatments are held at the beautiful High Vibe Yoga & Holistic cabin in Tamworth - a dedicated space for health and wellbeing. A gentle 10am yoga session is also available to book - please contact me for details.


Class Schedule

In-person sessions £9.00 - 90mins, £8.00 - 75 mins

Sessions at High Vibe Yoga Cabin - £10

Please bring a Yoga mat to in-person sessions. If you use props please bring your own as I do not provide any. Wear something that you can move freely in, we work barefoot in Yoga (although socks are wonderful during relaxation!), Qigong can be practiced barefoot or in soft shoes. Maybe bring a drink and something warm for relaxation/meditation. Please turn mobile phones off during classes.

If practicing from home please create your own sacred space.
